About The Basement
The Basement is a multi-use facility located in Downtown Los Angeles. Perfect for Production Office, Industrial film location, music video location and more. A performance stage can be installed for open mic events and silent parties. The location includes; Lift Gate for easy loading and unloading; Security cameras to protect equipment should an overnight stay be required, plus live security guards if needed to patrol.

The location can accommodate a vehicle up to the size of a GMC Yukon. Store your high end vehicles.
